First row must be a header. Required column: email. Recognized columns: email, first_name, last_name, company, phone, segment, tags, notes. Any other columns are stored as custom fields.
Each sender needs its own Zoho OAuth refresh token (scopes: ZohoMail.messages.CREATE + ZohoMail.accounts.READ). Works for real staff (ken@revosg.com) and AI-agent aliases (ai-outreach@revosg.com) equally — the sender ID just drives pacing and rotation.

Segments categorize leads (School, Team Dealer, League, etc.). Edit labels here and they update everywhere. Deleting a segment that's in use lets you reassign those leads to a different segment.
